Voice and video requests from customers

On paid plans your customers can press Speak or Video in the chat or on the request page. They see their words appear as they speak and can correct them before sending. A video stays on their phone: only what they said is sent to you as text with timings.

Want to see the video too? Add your WhatsApp number in the settings and customers get a link to send it to you directly.
