Audio and video. They are transcribed in your browser and never uploaded. To watch a saved recording again, you pick the file from your device.
Your account, your chatbot information, website chat conversations and leads, quotes, and the text and timings of recordings you save. Hosting and database are in the EU at Scalingo SAS (Paris, France (EU)).
Text only, and only when you ask: a clean up, a question, a job brief, a quote or a website chat answer. Answers are generated by Perplexity (USA (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework / Standard Contractual Clauses)). Your data is never used to train AI models.
Stripe for payments, Brevo for emails, Cloudflare for delivery and protection, and, when you use dictation or video, jsDelivr and Hugging Face to download the speech model to your browser. The full list is on the subprocessor page.
Only record and process recordings you are allowed to. Tell people when you record them. ReplyPronto never records in the background: recording starts and stops only when you press the button.
No face recognition, no voice identification, no emotion analysis, no tracking cookies and no selling of data.
Delete a recording, a job brief or your whole account in two clicks. It is removed right away. Invoices are kept as tax law requires.
