Trust and data

Plain answers about your data. If something here is not true in the product, it is a bug and we fix it.

What stays on the device

Audio and video. They are turned into text in the browser, on your phone or computer or on your customer's, and never uploaded. The speech engine is downloaded from our own server, so no other company sees it.

What we store

Your account, your assistant's information and library, conversations, requests and leads, quotes, and the text and timings of recordings. Hosting and database are in the EU at Scalingo SAS (Paris, France (EU)).

What goes to AI and when

Text only, and only to answer a chat message, write up a request, clean up dictation, answer a question about a recording or draft a quote. Answers are generated by Perplexity (USA (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework / Standard Contractual Clauses)). Your data is never used to train AI models.

What your customers see

A clear notice that they are talking to an AI assistant, a short notice before they send a request, the link to your privacy policy, and a record that they read it. Nothing is stored in their browser until they write a message.

Who else is involved

Stripe for payments, Brevo for emails and Cloudflare for delivery and protection. The full list is on the subprocessor page. If you connect your own tools with webhooks, you decide where that data goes.

Recording other people

Only record what you are allowed to. Tell people before you record them and never record calls secretly. ReplyPronto never records in the background: recording starts and stops only when someone presses the button.

What we never do

No face recognition, no voice identification, no emotion analysis, no tracking cookies, no selling of data.

Deleting

Customer conversations and requests are deleted automatically after the time you choose. Delete a recording, a request or your whole account in two clicks. Invoices are kept for the period tax law requires.
