Dashboard → Chatbots → open your bot → copy the code snippet. Paste it before the closing </body> tag, or into the "custom code / footer" setting of your website builder.

The chatbot gives a wrong answer

Fix the "Business information" text and save, or answer the question under "Unanswered questions". Changes are live immediately.

Where is my data processed?

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; you then return to the Free plan.

How do I get an invoice?

Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription shows all invoices for download.
