Library and skills

The library holds what your assistant may tell customers: prices, service areas, policies, questions and answers. Add text, upload a .txt, .md or .csv file or read a web page.

Skills tell the assistant how to handle requests, for example: always ask for the floor and whether there is a lift. Add the ready made skills for your trade and adapt them.
